MY StorY

Hi there! Thanks for visiting my new website. It represents and reflects my wide-ranging interests in the fields of music and metaphysics. In terms of music, I love writing songs, playing & performing on piano, producing, arranging and teaching music too. My musical journey has taken me from accordion lessons at the age of 8 to writing musical theatre for general audiences as well as children. I enjoy performing Brazilian Jazz on piano and have a long connection with the music of the spiritual teacher, G.I. Gurdjieff.

At the same time, I’ve had a parallel inner journey,  just as rich as the one above but in a different direction so to speak. Along the way, I've devoted myself to the study and practice of several spiritual paths, among them yoga, Christianity, Kabbalah, shamanism, and most importantly, the 4th Way teachings of G.I. Gurdjieff and his pupils. I have extensive experience in energy work and the Alexander Technique. I’m also an experienced meditator and a certified hypnotist focused on hypnotherapeutic change work.

So, while there's a lot about what I do and what I've done here, my wish for this website is that it will also expand your sense of what is possible for you and, more importantly, that it will inspire you to take action on behalf of your dreams and highest aspirations. And if there's any way that I can help, we can figure that out together, whether it's through music, meditation, hypnosis or something else.

One thing I know, it’s in the positive exchange of energy between people that all the magic happens, and I’ve been fortunate to live a life filled with magic. Perhaps this is the beginning of another such moment.
